Sharpening Frequency
Thanks to the DLC coating, our blades require sharpening 50% less often than standard blades. Most players sharpen every 15-20 hours of ice time.
Sharpening Technique
- Use standard sharpening equipment
- Maintain 1/2" or 5/8" hollow for players
- Goalies typically prefer 3/8" or 1/2"
- DLC coating prevents deburring
Daily Care
- Wipe blades after each use
- Store with blade guards
- Avoid walking on hard surfaces
- Inspect regularly for damage
